We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Utrecht on a 12-month contract. The role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote each week.

Key Responsibilities:
. Align with stakeholders across business and IT
. Collect, challenge, and document business requirements
. Analyse the current situation and design the desired future state
. Conduct gap analysis and define steps toward implementation
. Build and present business cases to gain stakeholder buy-in
. Handover deliverables to the project management team
. Act as a "thermometer" - monitor progress, quality, and alignment
. Drive open, pragmatic, and proactive communication
. Navigate and guide stakeholders through change and decision-making

Collaboration & Reporting:
. Reports directly to the IT Director
. Collaborates closely with Test Manager and Developers

Ideal Candidate:
. Strong in stakeholder engagement and communication
. Comfortable working in complex and changing environments
. Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven
