We are working with a Specialty MGA to appoint a Business Analyst to support critical integration and transformation initiatives following a series of strategic acquisitions.

This is a high-impact role focused on bridging business strategy and change delivery across key operational functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector
• Deep understanding of the insurance value chain (underwriting, claims, reinsurance, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
• Skilled in business analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and documentation best practices
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, and Visio
• Immediately available
