Contract: Monday to Friday 8am - 8.45am and 3pm - 5.45pm

Sanza Teaching Agency are looking to recruit staff who are interested in joining a Primary School in Rotherhithe in the Borough of Southwark. We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Breakfast and Afterschool Club leader. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 8.45am and 3pm - 5.45pm. The school is well resourced with a large outside space. A competitive hourly rate and opportunity to work additional hours in the Summer Holiday.

Must Haves

• Experience within a childcare setting or school, supervising or managing children effectively.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to complete a new one).
• Good level of spoken English and excellent safeguarding knowledge.
• Willingness to update safeguarding knowledge regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Breakfast and After School Club, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
• Develop and implement age appropriate activities that promote early childhood education and personal growth.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and club activities.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and standards.
