After School Club Manager (Level 3) - Wimbledon

Pay: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Contract: Part-time (Monday to Friday, 2:15pm - 6:00pm)

Start Date: ASAP

About the role:

At Engage Education, we've specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade, so we know a bit about finding the ideal school for you. We're currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 After School Club Manager to join a fantastic primary school in Wimbledon.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and confident in leading a safe, engaging, and structured after school provision.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and managing the daily running of the after school club
• Planning and delivering engaging activities for pupils aged 4-11
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Managing behaviour and promoting positive social interactions
• Supervising and supporting other club staff where required
• Liaising with parents and school staff effectively

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a relevant field (essential)
• Previous experience working with primary-aged children
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (desirable)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, energetic, and nurturing approach
