Biodata Infrastructure & Analytics Specialist

EMBL-EBI is seeking a Biodata Infrastructure Technical Analyst to grow operational intelligence for global biodata resources. You will develop analysis tools, maintain data pipelines and support discovery and usage analyses of biodata resources with a focus on reproducibility and clear communication.

The role involves data extraction from REST APIs, SQL querying, and collaboration with external groups. Hybrid work and a generous benefits package on a 3-year contract are offered.
