Global - Look for ERP advisor - Warsaw - Hybrid - Freelance - Long term contract

Requirement Summary

• Start Date: mid-September 2026
• Initial contract until 31/12/26 then renewed every 6 months+ - LONG TERM PROJECT
• Location: Poland (preferred)

Ideal Candidate Profile

A senior Technology Advisor/Digital Transformation Consultant with 7+ years' experience operating in complex enterprise environments.

Key strengths should include:

• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor between business and technology teams
• Proven ability to shape demand, run discovery workshops, and translate business needs into technology initiatives
• Experience working across enterprise platforms, ideally including:
• SAP
• Enterprise Integration
• Automation/Low-Code Platforms
• Cloud technologies
• Comfortable working with architects, product teams, delivery teams, and senior IT leadership
• Strong consulting mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Able to create structure in ambiguous situations and drive initiatives forward without heavy project management support

The ideal person will:

• Build relationships proactively across the organization
• Identify opportunities before formal demand is raised
• Connect stakeholders with the right technical experts
• Balance business priorities with technology constraints
• Create reusable frameworks, documentation, and advisory assets
• Help mature and scale the Enterprise Platforms Tech Advisory function
