Job Description

Key languages:

  • Native/Full Professional level of English
  • Additional languages are a plus


Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices on time, handle customer payments, and fix any billing issues
  • Track late payments, negotiate with clients, and report cases that remain unpaid
  • Inform customers about billing policies, answer their questions, and ensure clear, professional communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve the billing and collection process
  • Keep precise records in the CRM, review data accuracy, and ensure smooth integration with accounting systems
  • Follow company policies and regulations, and provide management with detailed reports on collections


Core skills/experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in billing, sales, or a similar role
  • Experience using accounting software and databases (such as Business Central, Sage, SAP, or similar platforms), as well as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with managing business applications and integrating data between CRM and accounting platforms is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively in a team
  • Tackling challenges with a proactive, goal-driven approach for efficient billing
