Target Hire: A charismatic hunter who sells transformative offsites like a pro storyteller.

The Mission

At Wepleia , we design and sell (B2B) high-impact retreats and offsites that turn teams into tribes, prize top performers and elevate companies. Think strategy sessions in Morocco, Sales Kick Off in Lisbon, or leadership summits in Andorra. We're looking for a BDR to prospect, pitch, and schedule calls to close dream getaways for Sales teams, Top Performers and fast-growing startups.

Your role: Unearth companies craving culture-shifting retreats-and make them fall in love with Wepleia's magic.

What You'll Do

• Prospect & Pitch: Target decision-makers (HR and Sales Leaders, Founders and C level, Ops) via cold-call, LinkedIn, email, and creative outreach (e.g., "Your team deserves a reset-here's how we'd design it").
• Book Discovery Calls: Turn "Maybe someday" into "Let's talk tomorrow"-schedule demos for the Sales leaders.
• Close Early Deals: Own the sales cycle for startups and scaleups with quick wins.
• Crush Tools: Use HubSpot, Aircall, Piper, and your own guerilla tactics (Apollo.ai? Why not).

• A Storyteller: You sell experiences, not logistics. Paint visions of sunrise yoga sessions or strategy hikes.

• A Detail-Obsessive: You remember clients' allergies, favorite wines, or that their CTO surfs.
• A Cultural Translator: You intuit how to pitch "team bonding" in Berlin (efficiency + hiking) vs. Bogotá (music + comida).
