IFS CRM Consultant - 6-Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Fully Remote

We're seeking an experienced IFS CRM Consultant to support a major transformation programme for a UK-based client. This is an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension, operating outside IR35 and fully remote. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the IFS CRM module and hands-on consulting expertise, helping to deliver robust, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project and business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and business context.
• Lead workshops and discussions to analyse and capture functional and technical requirements.
• Perform detailed GAP analysis and identify key areas for improvement within existing or proposed IFS CRM implementations.
• Provide expert recommendations to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience within the CRM module.
• Create comprehensive documentation including requirement specs, solution outlines, and configuration guidelines.
• Support the design, build, and test phases in close collaboration with the wider solution and technical teams.
• Advise on best practices for CRM workflows, integrations, and data management within the IFS ecosystem.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• Strong, demonstrable experience working with IFS CRM modules across multiple implementations.
• A solid background in IFS consulting, with the ability to bridge technical and functional requirements.
• Proven track record of detailed documentation, GAP analysis, and solution design within IFS environments.
• The ability to confidently guide stakeholders on CRM capabilities, limitations, and enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Availability to support UK business hours; candidates must be UK-based or have overlapping working hours.
