Job Description
Bank Support Worker - Brynhyfryd Care Home, Brynhyfryd, Builth Wells.
Salary: £13.67 per hour. Hours: Bank - 0 hour contract. Shift times: Days 07 15, Nights 20 00.
Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person ready to make a positive impact at Brynhyfryd. Brynhyfryd is a residential care home located in Builth Wells, Powys, providing accommodation for up to 42 residents and offering 24 hour care for individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities.
Job Responsibilities- Promote physical and emotional support to service users.
- Provide person centred care in line with an individual's care plan.
- Offer personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene assistance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day to day duties.
- Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
