Brynhyfryd is a residential care home located in Builth Wells, Powys, providing accommodation for up to 42 residents and offering 24 hour care for individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities.

• Promote physical and emotional support to service users.
• Provide person centred care in line with an individual's care plan.
• Offer personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day to day duties.
• Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
