Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our busy Support Centre at Darlington Head Office. You will act as a key liaison between Northgate and our customers in a fast-paced B2B environment, delivering first-class service across phone, email and web chat.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a starting salary of £24,854, 37.5-hour week, onsite parking, and a range of benefits including pension contributions and discount schemes.
