Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

Fixfast Ltd in Newry is seeking a Service & Logistics Representative to join our Customer Service team. You will handle in-person trade counter inquiries as well as calls, emails and webchat, playing a key role in SHOQS: Simple, Honest, On-time, Quality Service.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem solving, and accurate IT work to keep deliveries, packing and communications running smoothly at our Newry site.
