RED Global are supporting a large-scale cloud security programme and are seeking an experienced, hands-on Azure Cloud Security Engineer to support security, governance and compliance activities across a complex enterprise Azure environment.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Security
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud/Azure Security Center
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel
• Experience implementing and managing Azure Policy
• Strong experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, RBAC and identity security
• Good understanding of cloud security governance, GRC and compliance
• Experience implementing security controls and policies within Azure environments
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles
• Experience with cloud risk assessments, security frameworks and threat modelling
• Experience with Terraform/Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Ability to work closely with Cloud, DevOps and Infrastructure teams to embed security best practices
• Experience producing security, compliance and audit documentation
• Previous experience within regulated or large-scale enterprise environments beneficial
