Job Description

HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking independent Prescribing Clinicians to support our Integrated Urgent Care service across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. Roles include autonomous clinical assessment, triage, and home visits within a flexible rota.Senior remote support is available to guide shifts at Primary Care Centres and mobile home-visit teams.

You will be a registered nurse, paramedic, or allied health professional with a non-medical prescribing qualification and at least two years
