What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to customer service inquiries, including pre-sales consultations, after-sales support, and product warranty issues.
• Provide remote or on-site technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Organize customer issues, collect and relay customer feedback, and maintain customer relationships.
• Support product testing and facilitate product bug optimization.
• Prepare and deliver standardized documentation, participate in building the knowledge base, and address real-world product issues.
• Provide product and technical training for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., functionality training, product demonstrations, enablement training), and offer remote support.

You Are

• An individual with at least 1 year of experience in pre-sales or after-sales support.
• From a science or engineering background; technical support or related industry experience is preferred.
• Proficient in local language (French preferred); fluency in English or other languages is a strong advantage.
• A clear logical thinker with excellent service, communication, and execution skills.
• Responsible and a team player, capable of handling unexpected issues.
• In possession of a valid driver's license and able to travel independently.
