Audit & Accounts Senior/Semi-Senior - Independent Accountancy Practice Central London (Hybrid) £38,000 - £55,000 DOE Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a well-established and friendly 3-partner firm based in Central London in their search for an Audit & Accounts Senior. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified/qualified accountant looking step into a senior level role across audit and accounts within a close-knit and collaborative environment. The role offers a 40% audit and 60% accounts splits alongside the opportunity to work with a varied portfolio acting as a direct point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on audits from planning through to completion
• Prepare statutory accounts, bookkeeping, and tax compliance work for a varied client portfolio
• Review work completed by junior staff and support their development
• Act as one of the key point of contact for clients
• Represent the firm professionally across client engagements

Key Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified (Advanced exams remaining ideally)
• Minimum 3+ years' experience within practice
• Strong experience across both audit and accounts
• Confident managing client relationships
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
• Experience with IRIS software beneficial
