Associate Professor in Sustainable Healthcare Ref: 40982 (Part time, Fixed term) Location

Hours

Part time hours considered up to a maximum of 0.2 FTE/ 7.5 hours per week. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need).

Grade 9 starting at £57,422 to £66,537 per annum, pro rata if part time.

About the role

Associate Professor is a senior career-grade teaching position. Post-holders will be expected to show academic leadership in teaching, and to support the management and strategic planning processes of the School and the University.

As Associate Professor in sustainable Healthcare, you will lead on the the development, delivery and assessment for the PgCert in Sustainable Healthcare for BSMS and lead the development, delivery and assessment of the short course in Sustainable Healthcare for BSMS. The role will sit within the Department of Global Health and Infection ( Global Health and Infection - BSMS )

About you

You will have deep experience of sustainable healthcare practices and current research to inform course content and hold a Doctorate in an applicable field and a track record of high quality publications in the field of sustainable healthcare. You will also have experience of leading PG Cert and short courses design, delivery and development in sustainable healthcare.
