£30,000 - £35,000 + study support + progression

If you're looking to build a long-term career in wealth management and have ambitions to move towards becoming a Financial Adviser in the future, this could be a great opportunity.

This is a development-focused role designed to give you real exposure, training and responsibility so you can grow within the business over time.

You'll be joining a boutique financial planning team in central London that is expanding and wants someone motivated to grow alongside them. You'll work closely with Associate Consultants and senior advisers, attend client meetings, and begin learning the full financial planning process from an early stage.

The role is client-focused and will involve:

  • Supporting with client queries and ongoing service work
  • Attending client meetings and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing review packs, investment comparisons and fact finds
  • Helping manage client portfolios and review processes
  • Liaising with providers, introducers and internal teams
  • Processing applications, fund switches and updating client records
  • Keeping workflow and compliance tasks organised

There is a strong emphasis on training and development. You'll receive mentorship from senior advisers, study support and structured learning designed to help you progress towards Financial Adviser status within approximately 3-5 years.

What they're looking for:

  • Around 12+ months' experience in financial services administration (wealth management preferred)
  • Basic understanding of pensions, investments or the advice process
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • A positive attitude and genuine long-term career ambition

The role is office-based, five days per week, and is ideal for someone who wants to learn directly from experienced advisers and develop within the profession.

If you're motivated by development and want a role where your effort is matched by real career progression, please get in touch with Jo at Financial Divisions.
