Job Description
The firm 
A leading international law firm with a large network of UK offices and a wide mix of corporate, public sector and financial services clients.
The roleYou will join a finance team acting for lenders and borrowers on real estate finance across many sectors and countries.
- Work on complex UK and cross border real estate finance deals
- Build expertise in LMA documents
- Take part in business development and events
- Work with real estate, construction, corporate and tax colleagues
- At senior levels, supervise and coach junior lawyers
- Strong real estate finance experience
- Knowledge of LMA documents
- Hospitality sector experience (hotels, food and drink, travel) would help
- Supervisory experience for senior levels
- Flexible and hybrid working, open to discussion at interview
