Associate / Senior Associate, Real Estate Finance

A leading international law firm with a large network of UK offices and a wide mix of corporate, public sector and financial services clients.

The role

You will join a finance team acting for lenders and borrowers on real estate finance across many sectors and countries.

• Work on complex UK and cross border real estate finance deals
• Build expertise in LMA documents
• Take part in business development and events
• Work with real estate, construction, corporate and tax colleagues
• At senior levels, supervise and coach junior lawyers

What you will need

• Strong real estate finance experience
• Knowledge of LMA documents
• Hospitality sector experience (hotels, food and drink, travel) would help
• Supervisory experience for senior levels
