Job Description

Team Assistant - International Environment (Medical Devices & Pharma)


Location: Boulogne-Billancourt (on site)

Languages: Bilingual English required

Contract: Permanent - Full Time


Our client, a leading international group in the medical devices and pharmaceutical sector, is looking to hire a Team Assistant to support their European teams.


This role would be ideal for an experienced Team Assistant with a strong sense of service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.


You will report directly to the HR Director and collaborate closely with international teams, while also providing day-to-day support to the Head of Marketing for Europe.


Main Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management
  • Coordinate complex schedules and ensure the smooth organization of both local and international meetings, including video and conference calls.
  • Travel Management
  • Arrange all travel logistics (flights, trains, accommodation, itineraries) for national and international business trips.
  • Administrative & Office Support
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including incoming/outgoing mail and parcels, and act as a key contact for internal requests and office coordination.
  • Presentation & Document Preparation
  • Support the team in creating, formatting, and proofreading PowerPoint presentations and other documents for internal and external use.


Profile Sought

  • Solid experience as a Team Assistant in an international and fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across different and cultures.


Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed annual salary starting from €50,000 gross, depending on experience
  • 25 days of paid leave + 15 RTT days
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Up to 1 day of remote work per week
