SETU invites applications to the post of Assistant Lecturer in Education (EU Conexus) within the Faculty of Education and Lifelong Learning. The role will be instrumental in the delivery of the objectives of the EU-CONEXUS European University Alliance across SETU.

The role will involve curriculum design and development with a specific focus on micro-credentials and innovation in programme delivery. Responsibilities will include programme development, curriculum design and teaching to include delivery of short, flexible awards including micro-credentials, both in an online and blended format. The role will include teaching and learning, and research related to EU-CONEXUS themes, and will require active engagement with the EU-CONEXUS university partners across Europe.

The role will primarily focus on the activity of the EU-CONEXUS Alliance, particularly the delivery of education and innovation outputs. This role will be part of SETU's EU-CONEXUS team and will involve active collaboration with colleagues in the EU-CONEXUS university partners across Europe.As a SETU-wide post, travel between campuses will be required from time to time to engage in role-related duties. Availability for occasional after-hours work and/or international travel is required as needed.
