Location: Crawley House, Chester
Hours: Full Time Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm
Working Pattern: Hybrid (40% or 2 days a week in the Chester Office)

Join our dynamic team in the Consumer Finance sector, where we strive to enhance the customer and colleague experience for credit card and loan products across all channels. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Integrator to join our Credit Cards Lab in Chester!

At our organisation, we understand that our customers seek seamless service and easy access to the finance they need. With a range of high street brands and MBNA, our Credit Cards teams work diligently to design and manage products that cater to diverse customer needs.

Role Overview:
As an Assistant Integrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating dependencies between our Lab and various stakeholders, including other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third parties. Your efforts will support complex and high-risk implementations, covering both business and technology changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• catalogue and manage dependencies between the lab and external teams.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure smooth interlock for rapid delivery.
• Identify and mitigate blockers to delivery; escalate issues to integrators and product owners as needed.
• Facilitate interactions between third-party suppliers and key business partners.
• Support high-risk implementations, ensuring safe delivery across multiple parties.
• Lead the Service Introduction process, coordinating changes across shared infrastructure.
