Shifts: Days or NightsWe are currently recruiting for skilled and reliable Assembly Fitters to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Stoke-on-Trent. Permanent and contract roles available.You will be responsible for assembling a variety of components and structures to precise specifications, ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards.Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical components and structures using hand and power tools. Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering instructions. Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and specifications. Carry out adjustments and problem-solving where required. Work collaboratively with colleagues across production teams.Requirements: Proven experience in an assembly, fitting or a mechanical role. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude. Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is advantageous.
