The Role

• Supporting students with Autism across various year groups.
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to help children access the curriculum.
• Promoting communication, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Assisting with sensory needs and behavior strategies.
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver personalized support.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people with Autism.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable nature.
• A good understanding of SEN and strategies to support ASD.
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
• A valid Enhanced DBS Adult and Child (or willingness to obtain one).

Requirements
