Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant. You'll deliver the best end of life care, support and client experience through the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services.
You'll need a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle as this role requires travel to our branches in
- Bognor
- Brighton
- Chichester
- Felpham
- Findon
- Goring
- Hove
- Peacehaven
- Rose Green
- Shoreham
- Uckfield
Flexibility to support other branches may be required.

What to expect
- Make sure funeral arrangements, memorialisation orders and aftercare services are perfect
- Ensure compliance, accuracy and high attention to detail throughout
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
- Ensure correct care of the deceased, for example, conducting daily checks and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families
- Be proactive in community engagement initiatives
What we're looking for
- IT literate and a competent user of MS Office
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Can display resilience and be comfortable working alone in branch
- High level of understanding, empathy, and compassion
Training
- Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we'll provide full training
- Travel to other sites will be required
