About the Role

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Work in a specialist team, where you will become an expert within your field.
• Focus on what you love! - We have a dedicated Business Development team who focuses on acquiring new business and roles, allowing you to focus on Client Delivery.
• Partner with a diverse range of clients, from cutting-edge startups to established enterprises.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates while delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Agency recruitment experience (minimum 1 year), including 360 recruitment, business development, or delivery.
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• A passion for relationship-building and delivering top-tier results.
