Architectural Technologist: Design & Construction Lead

McAvoy is seeking an Architectural Technologist to contribute technically across design and construction of its products. You will produce concept designs, planning drawings and detailed construction drawings for projects ranging from £200k to £30M, while aligning with budgets and McAvoy standards.

You will collaborate with Architects, Engineers and internal teams to ensure coordinated designs, manage contract drawings, prepare material schedules, perform U-value analyses, and support planning
