Job Description
Project Four Building Safety Experts Limited, trading as P4, is seeking a Building Safety Consultant to take day to day ownership of a North West CDM portfolio. You will advise clients on CDM 2015 duties, support the Principal Designer, and help shape safe design decisions across varied projects.
You will work from Liverpool with hybrid site and client office days, leading design risk discussions and producing concise, client facing outputs.
