• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
• Travel: 4 days a week in central London Office
• Duration: Initial 6 months

This ArcGis Monitor Specialist will have the following previous experience:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Monitor to support the health and stability of ArcGIS Enterprise environments, ensuring seamless integration with core components such as Portal, Server, and Data Store.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of GIS platforms hosted in cloud environments, tracking usage across compute, storage, and networking resources while maintaining clear operational dashboards.
• Design and manage alerting frameworks that identify performance issues, system failures, or abnormal activity, enabling rapid response and resolution.
• Assess system metrics and produce regular operational reports on availability, performance, and resource consumption, highlighting opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Demonstrated expertise with ArcGIS Enterprise (v11.5) and ArcGIS Monitor, along with knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure); scripting or automation skills (Python/PowerShell) and familiarity with infrastructure or DevOps monitoring tools are advantageous.
