Location: Altrincham (office based 2 days per week)

Package: Competitive base salary plus a market leading commission structure

The Role

This Senior Recruitment Consultant position sits within our Strategic Accounts team, delivering high quality talent across the private and public sectors, with a strong focus on SC & DV environments. You'll play a key role in supporting existing strategic clients, absorbing new demand, and strengthening our established security cleared talent community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the full end to end recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision
• Headhunt and engage hard to find, security cleared professionals
• Deliver strong shortlists within SLAs (target 3:2:1 efficiency)
• Lead offer management, negotiations, objections, and onboarding
• Act as a trusted delivery lead for clients and account teams
• Use market insight and data to shape hiring decisions
• Mentor junior recruiters and uphold excellent CRM and data standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting within SC & DV / security cleared markets
• Strong headhunting capability and success placing passive candidates
• Confident client and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable delivering against targets, SLAs, and KPIs
