Roles & responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain alerting against business requirements using AppDynamics
• Configure and deploy health rules, triage AppDynamics issues in lower environments
• Ownership of AppDynamics defect management process from initial triage through to production fix
• Key Point of contact with Cisco for any AppDynamics issues
• Technical appD SME across client landscape and key point of contact for integration across broader delivery teams
• Create and maintain governance mechanism to monitor any Health Rules which trigger frequently in production
• SC required as access needed to production environments
