Job Description
AppDynamics SME
- SC Cleared
- Initial contract until end of March (will extend)
- Remote-working
Roles & responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain alerting against business requirements using AppDynamics
- Configure and deploy health rules, triage AppDynamics issues in lower environments
- Ownership of AppDynamics defect management process from initial triage through to production fix
- Key Point of contact with Cisco for any AppDynamics issues
- Technical appD SME across client landscape and key point of contact for integration across broader delivery teams
- Create and maintain governance mechanism to monitor any Health Rules which trigger frequently in production
- SC required as access needed to production environments
