We are looking for an experienced Allocation Manager to lead in-season execution, translate strategy into action, and drive strong retail performance. You think in systems-connecting product, process, and people-while fostering a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own Allocation KPIs and drive weekly trade actions.
• Identify risks/opportunities and provide clear recommendations.
• Make insight-driven decisions and guide allocators on business calls.
• Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strengthen product flow and improve end-to-end processes.
• Lead or support new tool/process initiatives and drive adoption.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and maintain alignment.
• Foster an inclusive, feedback-driven team culture.
• Represent Allocation in senior-level conversations with clarity and confidence.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Allocation, Store Management, Retail Operations, or in-season business management.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and retail math skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Systems thinker with strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement.
• Passion for retail, product flow, and developing people and processes.
