As a Senior Manager in our Life Sciences AI&D team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and manage AI and data-driven projects, focusing on Generative AI, to address key business challenges in the industry, enabling clients to unlock new possibilities and drive transformative change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to develop and implement innovative AI solutions that deliver tangible value to clients and position Deloitte as a leader.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Generative AI in R&D, providing strategic guidance and insights to clients and internal teams, and driving the development and adoption of AI and data strategies that enhance business performance.
• Ensure successful project delivery, from scoping and planning to execution and evaluation, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients to align AI solutions with their objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI, data, and life sciences, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team and for clients, while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.

• Proven success in delivering AI and data projects in life sciences R&D, creating tangible client value.
• Extensive expertise in AI technologies, methodologies, and applications, focusing on transforming R&D functions.
• Client Engagement: Understand client R&D needs, advise, and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Project Leadership: Lead design, development, and implementation of AI/data solutions to solve complex R&D challenges.
• Innovation and Strategy: Develop AI strategies aligned with R&D goals to enhance competitiveness.
