AI Ops & ML EngineerGSK is looking for a skilled and forward thinking AI Ops & ML Engineer to join our Connectivity NetDevOps & AI team. This role plays a pivotal part in transforming the way GSK manages its global network infrastructure, embedding intelligence, automation, and predictive analytics into our operations.
We're seeking someone with a passion for data science, observability, and applied machine learning. This position focuses less on traditional network engineering and more on how data driven solutions can improve reliability, reduce incident response time, and automate complex network tasks.
Responsibilities- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI and ML models to support business needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models and systems.
- Stay updated on emerging AI and ML technologies and apply them to solve challenges.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong Python skills and fluency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
- Experience with time series data, anomaly detection, or predictive analytics.
- Exposure to observability platforms (e.g. Elastic, Splunk, ZDX, Moogsoft) or telemetry processing systems.
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and automation logic.
- Experience with AI Ops or self healing platforms in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of infrastructure logs, syslogs, SNMP, or NetFlow data.
- Hands on experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps, or infrastructure as code.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- ML & Data Science: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy
- Data Pipelines: Kafka, Logstash, Fluentd, ELK Stack, SQL/NoSQL
- Automation: Python, Git, Terraform, Ansible, Itential
- Observability: Elastic, Zscaler ZDX, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Moogsoft
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
