Remuneration: Dependent on skills and experience. Salary range £18,462 to £20,047 pro rate per annum.

Working Hours: During term time: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 6pm. Holidays: 26.25 hours per week on a rota basis.

The Role

The After School and Holiday Club Team Leader will lead service provision daily with the practitioner team, working alongside the Deputy Manager and Manager to ensure high quality care and a creative programme of activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day responsibility for the room teams.
  • Ensuring children receive consistently high quality care.
  • Leading a creative programme of activities.
  • Supporting and supervising practitioners.
  • Supervising children during outings.

Eligibility: The successful candidate will be a kind, enthusiastic and responsible individual who prioritises the interests of children and works well within a team. Required experience:

  • Experience working with children.
  • A recognised childcare qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills.
