Are you an experienced and passionate SENCO looking for a role that genuinely values your time and expertise? SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a forward thinking and inclusive primary school in Croydon seeking a dedicated SENCO to join them in September.

About the role:

• Leading and coordinating SEND provision across the school
• Permanent or Temp to perm contract
• 2 days per week working from home
• Dedicated admin assistant to support your caseload and paperwork
• Working within a collaborative team with strong leadership backing

What you'll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, compassionate and solutions focused approach
