Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support one of our established clients, working within the Hull area.

The suitable candidate will be working within a UTC, triaging GP appointment requests and performing face-to-face appointments within clinics.

Location:

East Riding of Hull (GP Practice Based)

Rate:

£45 LTD p/h
£40.33 PAYE inclusive p/h
+ £250 Welcome Bonus

Contract:

Locum Full-Time and Part-Time

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

Duties of an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP):

1. Triaging unwell adults and paediatric patients, through telephone triage and call handling
2. Assessing minor illnesses and injuries
3. Face-to-Face management of appointments
4. Contribution within GP clinics

Required:

1. SystmOne knowledge preferred
2. Experience with Long-Term Condition reviews
3. Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP)
4. Experience within Primary Care or Community Care preferred
