One full-time Social Worker is needed for the Mental Health social care team. This role involves duty work, with the Social Worker on duty 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). The ideal candidate should have experience managing complex Adults Mental Health cases, working with multidisciplinary professionals, and handling responsibilities such as S117, ward rounds, housing and brokerage, Court of Protection applications, Mental Health Tribunals, safeguarding enquiries, and duty work.

The Social Worker should be a driver with own transport to travel within and outside the borough as needed. They must be able to work under pressure, prioritize workloads effectively, and proactively manage complex caseloads.

Rate: £30.51 per hour
