Role Overview

The role supports discharge planning for Islington residents at University College London Hospital and other out-of-borough hospitals. Experience in hospital social work is desirable; however, strong assessment skills and the ability to work in partnership are critical. The position requires on-site work at UCLH and/or 222 Upper Street, Islington, at least 3 days a week. There is potential for remote work, contingent upon performance and practice evidence.

Compensation

£32 per hour
