About the Role

The Adult Social Care Lawyer will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support related to adult social care matters. This contract for 2 weeks offers a fast-paced environment where your skills can be put to immediate use.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice on adult social care cases
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
• Supporting compliance with social care legislation

• Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation and policy changes
• Supporting case management from initial consultation to resolution

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an Adult Social Care Lawyer
• Strong knowledge of adult social care legislation and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure within a tight deadline
• Previous experience working on legal cases in social care settings
• Relevant legal qualifications and/or certifications
