Electrician

Overview

Electrician - our client (Contract) - Immediate Start. We are seeking a qualified Electrician for a 2-week contract on domestic and commercial properties, delivering electrical upgrades, repairs, and maintenance. This role emphasizes high standards of safety and quality.

Role details: a rate of £21.57 per hour (PAYE inc.), dedicated specialist consultant, daily payroll, and access to several candidate benefits including free registrations, referral schemes, loyalty bonuses, sign-up bonuses, free compliance checks, and a £250 training allowance. Immediate start available; full-time hours Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical upgrades, repairs, and maintenance work in compliance with current regulations
• Work across domestic and commercial properties citywide
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and management
• Maintain thorough records of all work completed
• Uphold high standards of safety and quality at all times

Essential Requirements

• SVQ Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
• Valid ECS Card
• PVG Membership (or willingness to obtain)
• Asbestos Awareness certification
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements in electrical work
