What We're Looking For:

GMC registration with a license to practice

CCT in General Adult or Forensic Psychiatry

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist

Proven leadership within multidisciplinary teams

Strong knowledge of contemporary mental health practices, legislation, and positive

behavioral support principles

Experience in rehabilitation or complex mental health care settings

What You'll Be Doing:

• Acting as the Responsible Clinician for adult mental health patients
• Leading and collaborating with experienced multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting service users through recovery-focused, evidence-based interventions
• Driving innovation and service improvement in a supportive environment
