We are seeking a highly motivated Administrator/Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director of Services Office and Regional Management Team in Regional Office, Quinn's Cross, Mungret, Limerick.
Contract Type: Full time Permanent Contract
Salary Scale: €49,597 - €60,013 pro rata per annum, subject to LSI Long Service Increments and 2026 WRC adjustments.
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per annum pro rata.
Overview of the PostTo provide comprehensive administrative support, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate services across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation for the Director of Services and Regional Management Team.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes with stakeholders across Enable Ireland, the HSE, and affiliated agencies.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information in support of regional operations.
- Support the planning and execution of regional initiatives, events, and program activities.
- Provide proactive support to regional staff and ensure a professional, collaborative working environment.
- Minimum of five years of recent, relevant experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Suitable qualifications or awards in office administration, business, or a related field.
- Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Experience working in a health or social care setting is desirable.
Exceptional organisational skills, high level communication, and experience in a health or social care environment will be considered during the shortlisting process.
