Administrator

A well-established business based in South Normanton are currently looking for an experienced Administrator on a permanent basis.

Working in the sales administration department and reporting into the Manager, your main duties as Administrator will include:

• Taking orders from customer on the telephone and face to face
• Liaising with the sales team to provide quotes
• Chasing up quotes
• Processing the orders on the system
• Liaising with planning/transport and manufacturing to ensure orders go out in time.
• Responding to all queries via phone and email
• Dealing with any order problems
• Dealing with any order returns and issuing either credit notes or replacement items
• Order processing & Invoicing.
• Ensuring all customer files are kept up to date on the computer.
• All general administration duties

This is a very fast paced, busy and varied position offering a good mix of dealing with people coupled with general administration. Applicants must have previous administration experience, be able to multi-task, have an excellent telephone manner and can work well to tight deadlines. The team is incredibly supportive, with everyone pulling together and pitching to help each other.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, either 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30pm. The role is paying £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, they also offer free parking and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. This is an office-based position 5 days a week no hybrid.
