Senior Transformation & Process Improvement Leader - Hybrid

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Continuous Improvement Director to lead group-wide operational improvement and transformation across the end-to-end housebuilding lifecycle. You will work with Heads of Functions and regional leaders to improve customer outcomes, productivity and sustainable performance.

The role emphasises governance, evidence-based decision making, and the use of technology, data, automation and AI to enable change. Travel across UK sites is expected.
