Job Description

The Extracare Charitable Trustare recruiting for aAdministrator on a permanent contract to join our supportive team,based at our Stoke GiffordRetirement Villagein Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team at our Stoke Gifford location and support the village's commitment in delivering ExtraCare's mission of "better lives for older people". We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof. No more travelling!

Extracare does not participate in the current "UK Visa Sponsorship" scheme, and we would not be able to facilitate sponsorship

  • Role: Administrator
  • Hours: 37.5hours per week
  • Salary: £28,970pa
  • Location:Stoke Gifford Retirement Village, Edward Parker Road, Bristol, BS16 1YG

As anAdministrator you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

  • Managetraining for the Village staff teams
  • Overseethe Village interest group accounts
  • Raiseand processpayment of invoices
  • Provideadministration for the employment cycle of the staff team including right to work checks, DBS checks, and processing new starter and leaver forms
  • General admin and support to the Village Manager and Lifestyle Manager
  • Cover forreception

Person Specification

  • Bookkeeping Experience (invoices, banking, petty cash)
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Handling sensitive information appropriately
  • Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
  • Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service
