Administrator

• Job Title: Administrator (x2)
• Location: Wallsend
• Salary: £27,000 per annum
• Contract: Temporary (Minimum 6 months)
• Hours: 37 hours per week (8:00am - 4:30pm)

About the Role

Kinetic Recruitment are currently looking for two Administrators to join a busy manufacturing company based in Wallsend. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to support a fast paced operational team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general administrative duties to support daily operations
• Accurate data entry and record management
• Converting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Liaising with team leaders to clarify and verify information
• Maintaining documentation and ensuring records are up to date
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
